Monday Smooth yoga:
Smooth Yoga
Light up your Mondays with a yoga class suitable for all levels.
Every Monday we will focus on finding balance and flexibility through yoga, while increasing physical strength.
In this slow paced session, we will take the time to travel within our body and understand the functionality of our movements. We will focus on basic yoga poses, the roots of the practice, to make space in the body and release any physical and emotional tension. You will experience yourself in order to know yourself. Expect a smooth flow that will guide you into a calm meditative state.

Fee: chose your own drop in rate between €10 and €20

Wednesday – Hatha yoga:

A playful flow to guide you deeper into your yoga journey. Explore transitioning between your yoga poses in a graceful way. Learn to move with the pace of your breath. The class begins in a dynamic flow and as you warm up we will float into physically challenging asanas. As you move your body you will find strength and feel lighter, you will widen your range of motion and find flexibility in your mind. All in all you will feel more focused.
This class is suitable for anyone with basic yoga knowledge.
