This workshop is for anyone interested in improving their hip flexibility and openness.We will start with a dynamic Vinyasa flow focusing on hips mobility. This will warm up your body and prepare you to then go into deeper stronger stretches. The physical practice will be joined by tips and tricks that you can bring into your daily life to maintain happy hips.
